The Bronx Science Design Institute is a summer program (running 8:00am-noon, June 29-July 28) where students interested in engineering and design create their own products that are reviewed weekly by alumni and industry experts. The Bronx Science Social Entrepreneurship Competition challenges teams of students to create a product or service that could have a meaningful impact on our society. Student participants will select a prevailing social issue that affects their lives as high school students. Again, there are cash prizes (in the thousands!!) for winning ideas.
