We continue to seek nominations for the PA Executive Board (EB) and School Leadership Team (SLT).
At our October 20th meeting there will be an election for the following positions:
– one Co-Recording Secretary on the PA Executive Boardopen to any parent/guardian
– three Member-at-Large positions on the PA Executive Boardopen only to freshmen parents/guardians
– one Parent Representative on the SLT open only to incoming parents/guardians
You can nominate yourself, or another parent or guardian. Nominations for these positions close on Friday, October 9 at midnight.

Q. What time/day of the week are SLT and Executive Board meetings?
A. Both meetings almost always occur on the same day as our General PA meetings. SLT meetings start at 3:45pm and typically end around 5pm. Regularly scheduled Executive Board meetings start at 6:00pm and end at 7:00pm; extraordinary EB meetings are scheduled as necessary.
Q. When can I run for an Executive Board position if I’m not an incoming parent?
A. Another PA election will be held in the Spring. That election will be open to parents/guardians of students grades 9-11.
Q. Will I have to make a speech at the PA election meeting?
A. We will ask all candidates to make a short introduction and statement. More details about our 10/20 PA/SLT election will be forthcoming.
