Bronx High School of Science Parents' Assocation

Bronx Week Parade – May 17th

Do you enjoy a good parade and showing some school pride? Are you looking for a way to spend some quality time with your teen? The Parents’ Association is looking to get a large group of students and parents to march in the Bronx Week Parade, which is a borough-wide event scheduled for Sunday May 17th, from 11:30 am-2:30 pm. This parade, which happens annually and is sponsored by the Borough President’s office, features Bronx organizations/institutions and celebrates the borough. It provides a good opportunity to show our love of the Bronx and to establish more of a presence with borough elected officials…who can only help our school. Bronx Science is a city icon and an educational gem in the Bronx – let’s make sure that the rest of the borough feels the same pride we do.

All Bronx Science marchers will receive a complimentary “SCIENCE” t-shirt to wear during the parade, and to keep.

If you are interested in marching with the group, please e-mail PA member Ellen Dubin, at ellendubin@mac.com
