We know it’s a busy time of year for all, but we need MANY volunteers to recognize our teachers, help welcome back our supportive alumni, celebrate our outgoing seniors, welcome new families, and showcase our school to prospective students.
Shifts are created to make volunteering more manageable. Please sign up for any shifts that you can.

*Staff/Faculty Appreciation Lunch: Tuesday, June 4, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Signup here.
*Prospective Students Open House: Wed, June 5, shifts between 4:00 – 7:00 PM. Signup here.
*Incoming Parent Breakfast: Thursday, June 6, shifts between 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Signup here.
*Senior Awards Reception: Monday, June 10, shifts between 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Signup here.
We are also seeking 2 individuals to join our Welcome Committee for incoming families. This work can be completely done from home and needs to be conducted the last two weeks of June. Reach out to president@bxsciencepa.org to find out more!
