Dear Bronx Science Families,
We hope you’re enjoying this extended summer break.
Now that many of the difficult decisions regarding the upcoming school year are behind us (for now), we turn our attention to new beginnings and a busy September. We look forward to forging new friendships, meeting new teachers, welcoming our freshmen families and supporting our students as they hit the books once again.
Please note some important dates this month:
- Monday, September 14th: Virtual Meeting with Assistant Principal Rachel Hoyle 6 p.m. Login information came in a separate email from the school yesterday.
- Wednesday, September 16th: Remote instruction begins for 100% remote and blended learners.
- Monday, September 21-24: first week of in-school instruction for blended learners (exact date depends on your cohort)
- Monday, September 21st: Fall College Night, Time TBD
- Wednesday, September 23rd: Parents’ Association General Meeting 7:00 p.m.
- DOE calendar for 2020-21 here.
We look forward to seeing you again at our next meeting. Thank you again for your incredible fortitude and patience this summer. And remember, we are all in this together.
