The annual School Survey is live! Families can take the survey online via this LINK in their preferred language. The survey access code for each family is “f” followed by the student’s nine-digit OSIS number. (Note that the “f” must be lowercase, and your student’s OSIS number can be found on their report card). The Parents’ Association is pleased to have donated ten, $50 Amazon gift cards which will be raffled off to parents/guardians if our school’s survey participation rate reaches at least 40%. We encourage all parents/guardians to fill out the survey which benefits our kids and so that the participation rate will activate the raffle! All students who have a parent/guardian survey submitted will be entered into the raffle to win a gift card!
