Dear Fellow Parents & Guardians:
With the Governor announcing at least a partial lifting of mask mandates (not yet including schools) and with temperatures moderating last week, once again, it feels like better days are just around the corner.
Please join us this week for our next virtual PA Meeting on Wednesday, February 16th at 7:00pm. This meeting will have something for everyone. The main event will feature a course selection presentation featuring Assistant Principals Allison Davis, Ph. D., and Andrew Nasser. This is “must-see TV” for the parents of students grades 9 through 11.
Any parent, but particularly those of seniors, are invited to peel off from the main meeting (on our cue) to tune in to a perennial PA favorite — What I Wish I Knew Before My Kid Went to College. A parent panel of recently graduated BxSci students representing a broad range of post high school institutions will share their experiences and answer your questions.
We ask all parents to start at the main PA meeting where we will introduce and elect our Nominating Committee for our Spring Elections (information to follow in upcoming e-newsletters). We will also draw the winner of our Winter Raffle and a new MacBook Pro.
