The PA enthusiastically and generously supports Bronx Science athletic teams. The 2021-22 PA budget, includes $30,000 for our proud Wolverines.
“The Parents Association plays a vital role in the success of our 43 PSAL athletic teams,” says Athletic Director Michael McGrath. “Through your support our teams are equipped with up-to-date uniforms, tournament entry fees, sports equipment and funding for our sports award ceremony. On behalf of the coaches, student athletes and myself I wanted to thank you for your continued support.”
Coach McGrath continued, “last year, the school had a successful and safe return back to PSAL sports for the truncated Spring season. This year the athletics department is building upon last year’s success and will have a full return to all PSAL sports at the school. The Parents Association has also been instrumental in the support of new Physical Education initiatives including, Yoga, Pickleball, Badminton, Fitness, Meditation, and Table Tennis.” In order to provide funding for essential resources such as these, the PA needs support from you.
