The survey submission deadline has been extended to Friday, June 26, 2020.
Complete the Survey online in 5 Easy Steps:
1. Go to:https://www.schools.nyc.gov/about-us/reports/school-quality/nyc-school-survey?
2. Click on the link to the Parent Survey.
3. Enter your access code (the code lookup tool is on the survey login page – after the page where you select your language).
4. Complete the survey.
5. Click ‘Submit’.
