There’s a lot happening at school in early June, and we need many parents to help out. Please consider signing up as a volunteer for one or more of the events listed below. You can sign up for the entire event or just a shift. You’ll have a lot of fun!
June 5, Wednesday: Spring Open House for 7th Graders (late afternoon event)Join us to give a BxSci parent’s perspective to 7th graders and their families. Answer their questions, and share your experiences! Please sign up here.
June 6, Thursday: Incoming Parents’ Breakfast (morning event)Eighth graders who will be BxSci freshmen in the fall will be coming to school the morning of June 6th to take placement tests, and to get their ID photo taken. The PA will be hosting an informal meet-and-greet for their parents in the cafeteria. We need many volunteers to help serve breakfast, chat with incoming parents, and sell merchandise. June 10, Monday: Senior Awards (late afternoon event)If you are a parent of a 9th, 10th, or 11th grader, please consider helping out at this event. Some seniors will be receiving awards, and their families are invited to a ceremony in the auditorium and a reception in the gym. Parent volunteers are needed to set up and serve light refreshments.
