Our first general PA meeting of the 2018- 2019 school year will be on Thursday, January 17 at 7:00 pm. Although the weather is sure to be cold, we’ll be talking about summer! Join us for an informative meeting on summer opportunities for your student. We’ll hear about travel choices with West Coast Connection, and job opportunities with the American Camp Association of NY & NJ. Then, Eleanor Coufos will present information on summer options available through Bronx Science. Eleanor is the Bronx Science Alumni Foundation’s Vice President of Strategy and External Affairs. After the Summer Opportunities information, she will update the PA on the foundation’s work at the New York State level around admissions legislation and what parents can do to help these efforts. She will also bring us up to speed on all that the Alumni Foundation does to connect our current students to Bronx Science alumni.
