Dear Bronx Science Families,
It was great to see so many of you up at school last week for both the Resource Fair, and the general PA meeting. It was an informative, and exciting evening as two families won free consultation sessions with TestTakers, and dedicated PA volunteer Liz Gorai took home the iPhoneXR raffle prize.
Looking ahead to an exciting spring – Our first general PA meeting of the 2018- 2019 school year will be on Thursday January 17. Although the weather is sure to be cold, we’ll be talking about summer! Come to school and learn about a variety of summer opportunities your student can benefit from. We are also very excited to welcome Bronx Science Alumni Foundation VP Eleanor Coufos to our PA meeting. Eleanor will update our community on her work at the New York State level around admissions legislation, and she will inform parents of the work the Alumni Foundation does on behalf of current students.
One month later, we are going to have a Night Out at Gotham Comedy Club. More details to follow; save the date – Tuesday February 26, and email us here if you want to be part of the team to help make the event a success!
