Do you know a tutor who you would recommend? Or, are you in search of a tutor for your student, but don’t know where to look? The Bronx Science PA is partnering with Vouch, an online tutor search service, that is personalized for our Bronx Science community. Vouch includes recommendations made by other Bronx Science parents (anonymously, if you prefer!), so you know that the tutor is vetted. And, you can filter your tutor search on different levels, including subject matter and zip code. Parents will also have the opportunity to connect via Facebook, so that they can see tutor recommendations from their NYC friends who are outside our Bronx Science community.
The first step in launching our Bronx Science Vouch page is to assemble our starting list of tutors. This list is organic, and will grow as more parents add recommendations. Please click HERE to send us the name and e-mail address of any tutor(s) you would recommend. The people at Vouch will get in touch with the tutors and invite them to be listed. There is no cost to these recommended tutors to be listed (nor any cost to parents to use the site!), so they have nothing to lose and only more business to win.
