Dear Bronx Science Families,
Even though it was a short school week for the kids, parent volunteers at Bronx Science have been very busy.
Yesterday was Project Accepted. More than 150 alumni came back to Bronx Science to help 300 Bronx Science seniors perfect their interviewing skills, in preparation for all of their fall college interviews. Participants (both alumni and students) found the day hugely rewarding. Thank you so much to all parent volunteers who helped to make this such a pleasant event for everyone!
And, thank you to all parent volunteers who have spent this weekend at the City-Wide High School Fair. You provided hugely helpful information to 8th grade families in their decision making process, and we appreciate that you are taking time out of your weekend to do so.
Upcoming events include the first School Leadership Team meeting of the year and the first Breakfast with the Principal. The Breakfasts are a great source of info for parents, and we encourage you to attend if you can. Check below for more details.
