We will learn about the State of Our School from Rachel Hoyle and Andrew Nasser, followed by our Spring PA and SLT elections!

College Life
A panel of recent graduates, shares their experiences in college, and how Bronx Science prepared them for higher education and what surprised them most about post-high school life.
Our first PA meeting will be held in person at Bronx Science, and we invite you to come meet the administration and connect with other parents. Please join us for dinner at 6:30 PM prior to the meeting. Following regular business at this first meeting, we will break out into meaningful sessions covering topics of importance by grade.
Vote in our PA and SLT elections, and a special presentation for parents with tips on how to help our students kickstart the year with better time management, organization and study skills. This is a REMOTE ONLY meeting and election. Registration is required.

Prior to the election portion of the meeting, we are delighted to welcome faculty member Jep Jonson for a special presentation about supporting your child with organizational and time management skills. It can be challenging to find the right balance between supporting our teens with organization and letting them find their own way, and we hope this program will assist you and your child with navigating these hurdles. This presentation will not be recorded.
Learn about the danger of drugs & fentanyl from a special presentation delivered by the Office of Assistant District Attorney Christopher Edel. This meeting will be on Zoom and the link is available in the weekly Parent Newsletter.

We will learn more about the Montefiore on-site mental health and medical program coming into the school, followed by a panel discussing mental health.
