Families can take the annual school survey online at this link in their preferred language. The new deadline to submit is April 19. The grade that submits the highest number of surveys will win a grade-wide prize.
The survey access code for each family is “f” followed by the student’s nine-digit OSIS number. (Note that the “f” must be lowercase, and your student’s OSIS number can be found on their report card).
