The annual School Survey is live! Families can take the survey online at this link in their preferred language. Alternately, students will be given paper copies in official class on February 29 which can be filled out and dropped in a mailbox. The deadline to submit is April 5. The grade that submits the highest number of surveys will win a grade-wide prize.
The survey access code for each family is “f” followed by the student’s nine-digit OSIS number. (Note that the “f” must be lowercase, and your student’s OSIS number can be found on their report card).
