The Nominating Committee is still actively seeking parents or guardians to fill two (2) critical seats on the SLT. The SLT plays a vital role to help set academic and school climate goals and assist in drafting a Comprehensive Education Plan (CEP) and budget to help meet those goals. This is an amazing opportunity for parents and guardians to serve our school alongside Principal Hoyle, as well as teacher, student, and other parent representatives. The SLT meets once a month during the academic school year, from 3:45-6:00 PM. All meetings are in person at the school. Dates to be determined before the start of next school year.
We currently have candidates running for all Executive Board positions! All positions on the Executive Board and available SLT seats are open to all BxSci parents and guardians. You can view descriptions of these positions in Article 4 and 5 of the PA by-laws and Article 2, Section 8 of the SLT by-laws, both found here.
You can nominate yourself, or another parent or guardian.
Nominations for these positions close on Friday, April 21st at 11:59 PM. Election will be held at our Wednesday, May 17th meeting.
