The PA is actively recruiting for several key roles for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. If you have a background in event planning, or just enjoy putting together a party or hosting, we need you! Planning for events begins in September, so the search for volunteers is underway now.
Our most critical needs include the following roles:
Spring Gala Co-Chairs: Our 2022 Spring Gala was a sold-out success, brought our community together, and raised needed funds for our beloved school.
We are looking for one additional parent to co-chair our most highly anticipated event of the year! This is a great way to get involved and give back! Tracy Ballas, our talented Auction Chair for the past two years, will be available to provide valuable information and guidance to our new Co-Chairs. It is a great time to get involved!
Hospitality Co-Chairs: Our Hospitality Committee provides beautiful breakfast and lunch spreads for several events including teacher appreciation, Senior awards, Alumni Day, in-person PA meetings and more.
We are looking for two parents to co-chair our Hospitality Committee, and for more parents willing to serve on the Committee. We are fortunate to have fellow Bronx Science parent Rhonda Sidial, our prior Hospitality Chair, to mentor new Co-Chairs this year!
