The first phase, which cost $1.2 million included asbestos abatement in the ceiling, replacement of lighting and bringing the electrical systems up to fire code. Phase two is estimated to cost $975,000 and will include the following:
- Demolition of the old floor and installation of new floor
- Painting the entire space
- Installing new windows
- Electrical/Data/Phone/Camera/Intrusion/Fire Alarm Alarms
- Install drywall on walls and columns
- Installation of the ceiling for sound proofing and acoustical needs
- Demolition and installation of courtyard wall to provide added seating
