Dear Bronx Science parents,
We had quite an evening last Wednesday! We’re thrilled that so many of you came and voted for our school’s newest parent leaders. Congratulations to newly elected PA members-at-large Rebecca Barreras, Lisa Brody, and Jodi Caplan, and to the newest member of the School Leadership Team, Junnie Mark-Kobashi. (And congratulations to Francine Kass, the parent who won the raffle for a free consultation with our guest speaker Sara Harberson!)
At our next PA meeting on Nov. 13, you’ll hear from another very popular speaker: author and psychotherapist Sean Grover. He’s always a hit at Bronx Science, which is why we’ve invited him back for a third straight year. We’ll tell you more about him in next week’s e-blast.
For now, we’d like to remind you that Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Nov. 9 and 10. We’d love some help (and some books) on both of those days… Read on to find out what we mean.
