Meet Gordon Bakoulis, Elizabeth Langwith, and Monica Toriello, our three fabulous PA Co-Recording Secretaries. All Manhattan moms of Bronx Science sons, Gordon, Elizabeth and Monica decided to share the job of Recording Secretary this year, and it has worked beautifully (please note: if there’s a volunteer role you’d like to assume but don’t have enough hours to devote to it, find a friend or two to share the load!). Of course it also helps that each of them is a clear and eloquent writer, so it has been very easy for us to keep you all informed of what happens at our meetings.
Gordon’s son is graduating in June, so she will not be returning to the Board next year. But Elizabeth and Monica both have 11th grade sons, and they are most definitely sticking around (though maybe not in this same role). Thank you to each of you for your hard work and good cheer this year, in support of our students.
