Dear Bronx Science Families,
Here we are in the final week of school for the 2014-2015 academic year. While the last of the Regents exams are taken, and seniors get ready for Wednesday’s graduation ceremony, we want you to know that it has been an honor to serve you, your children, the administration and faculty at Bronx High School of Science.
Thank you to the many parent volunteers who helped make all our events run smoothly this year. From the Open Houses to Incoming Freshman Parent Meet and Greet, you served, smiled, and made a positive impression.
Thank you to the many parents who donated money to help fund many initiatives that enrich students’ experiences at Bronx Science. We could not have done so without your generosity.
And thank you to all who came to Parents’ Association meetings and participated in discussions. You make our community stronger.
We wish our graduating senior class and their families the very best as they move on to build on the great foundation in education they have received at Bronx Science. We encourage everyone to stay connected by getting involved in the Alumni Association, and we look forward to hearing great stories of your accomplishments in the coming years.
For those who have a year, two years, or even three years left, we encourage you to get involved in the Parents’ Association. The value you will receive extends beyond the satisfaction of helping at an event, or talking with a prospective parent about the experiences you have here. You will connect with other parents, share information, and enrich your own experience as a high school student’s parent.
Have a wonderful summer!
