Must Attend! Two Experts Talk Sleep and Addiction at March 23rd PA Meeting

pa-meeting

We know that experimenting with independence and taking risks are a normal part of adolescence. As parents, we want to know how to help our children stay safe as they grow through this volatile stage.

Plan to attend this Wednesday’s Parents’ Association meeting at 7 p.m. to hear two experts speak about topics that are top concerns for most parents of teens: the importance of sleep on mental health and how to improve sleep habits; and how to prevent addictive behavior and/or recognize it and do something about it.

As always, Vallo will provide buses from Manhattan and Queens. Click HERE for information on how to make your reservation by noon on Tuesday.
