It was wonderful to see such a packed auditorium of parents and students this past Thursday for the school’s Winter College Night. We kicked things off with a lively PA meeting featuring merchandise sales, a snack bar, and a successful donation drive. The energy was high as we gave away 20 Bronx Science gifts to lucky winners who found “green stickers” beneath their seats!
The main event featured an insightful College Night Panel with three distinguished Admissions Officers:
- Jennifer Fondiller (Barnard College)
- Dale Hendricks (Amherst College)
- Robert McCullough (Case Western Reserve University)
They provided invaluable clarity on what they look for in an application and how seniors can strategically build a realistic college list. We extend a huge thank you to Assistant Principal Andrew Nasser and our College Counselors for organizing such an informative evening.
