Thank you for your interest in elections at Bronx Science! Our next election will take Wednesday, October 15 during the PA meeting, which will be remote only, beginning at 7:00 pm. All meeting participants must register for this meeting.
A Zoom link for the PA meeting and election will be emailed to you once you have registered. Nominations may be taken from the floor during the October 15 election for the SLT positions.

You can help our school community be the best it can be by running for a leadership position. There are open positions available for 9th grade and new incoming 10th grade parents/guardians.
You can nominate yourself (or someone else) for the PA Executive Board and School Leadership Team (SLT). These positions are now available:
One (1) Parent Representative on the SLT (for a parent/guardian of a 9th grader). The SLT plays an advisory role to the principal and to the school leadership. Team members share their ideas and concerns and listen to the ideas and concerns of others. SLT members develop the annual school Comprehensive Educational Plan and consults with parent representatives regarding federal reimbursable funding (e.g. Title I). Read more.
Three (3) Member-at-Large positions on the PA Executive Board (Open to 9th grade or new incoming 10th grade parents/guardians). Members-at-Large attend Parents’ Association meetings and functions and serve on special committees or projects. Read the By-Laws.
The election will be held on October 15, 2025. There will be another election held for all positions in May 2026, which will be open to all Bronx Science parents/guardians. Have questions? Email us at nominations@bxsciencepa.org.
