We hope you’re enjoying the four-day weekend! It’s already been a busy and exciting school year. There will continue to be a lot going on at school over the coming weeks, for both students and parents. Here are dates to keep in mind:
Sept. 26, 3:45-6pm – SLT Meeting
Sept. 26, 7-9pm – PA Meeting: What Can Your Child Expect This Year?
Sept. 27, 6pm – Mandatory meeting for parents of new Speech & Debate team members
Sept. 28, 7-9pm – Fall College Night
Oct. 3, 8:30-9:30am – Breakfast with the Principal
Oct. 4, 5-7pm – Fall Open House (parent volunteers needed)
Oct. 9 – Columbus Day (no school)
We look forward to seeing many of you at the PA meeting on Tuesday! (Click here for information on Vallo’s bus services for that meeting.) Freshman parents, just a reminder that you have until Tuesday to submit nominations for the 4 parent leadership positions. There are 3 openings to serve on the PA Executive Board and 1 opening on the School Leadership Team.
