Dear Bronx Science Families,
It is hard to believe that October is right around the corner. I trust that you and your children are enjoying both the four day weekend and the glorious early fall weather. Hopefully it gives us all a chance to recharge our batteries after a whirlwind first month of school.
Last week was highlighted by both Fall College Night and Senior Appreciation Day. Of great importance to parents was the first meeting of the School Leadership Team. By November, the team will create three primary goals which the school will try to achieve by year’s end. The dedicated administrators, faculty, students, and parents are all working hard to continue to make Bronx Science the very best it can be for our children.
Our first “Breakfast with the Principal” will take place this Tuesday at 8:30am. All parents and guardians are welcome. Please try to make a reservation so a more accurate head count can be anticipated. These meetings are always highly informative for parents.
Thank you to all who have already donated to the PA. Our goal is 100% participation. We’re well on our way but avoid that November phone call and donate now.
